We ship UPS Ground for items 3 pounds or more and USPS for less than 3 pounds. If you would like to use a different method and/or shipper, just email us at angodea@cox.net and we'll send you back a quote.

If your order is out of stock, our turn-around-time varies depending on volume at any given point in time. We will email you with the approximate wait time. NOTE: There is only one craftsman handmaking our products one-at-a-time. Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes, if you need expedited shipping, please email us with the information above and we will send you a quote. Please remember, many of our wood products are very heavy, and can be costly to ship Express. UPS Ground is the most economical. What is your return policy?
